In July and August I worked on Ruairi Glynn delta robot installation, George Profenza and I were involved on the tracking software and AI.
The application we made is a zenital tracking system made of 3 kinect.

This project is a digital interpretation of drawing bots with vibrating motors, pictures from a workshop I recently made at V&A.

VISUALISING skateboarding

Self-initiated on-going project in collaboration with Silvere Letellier.
We are building a data visualisation tool for skateboarding, we want to explore the beauty of physics and motion in skateboarding.
The project is inspired by Masashi Sato work, Pasta by Design book by George L. Legendre, and Zachary Lieberman algo class. Video excerpt from Emerica Stay Gold and Element Future nature video.

Kinetica art fair 2012

Midnight collective was exhibiting a new artwork, an interactive installation with fishes, the video of the project will be updated soon.

This video shows an early test with kinect detection and one of our custom-made 512 LEDs panel.
This test is using an arduino, unfortunately it has a slow frame rate for large interactive matrix.

Neon Tetra is a self-initiated project with Midnight and Silvere Letellier for Kinetica Art Fair. The installation is a diptych consisted of an aquarium with fishes and an interactive light sculpture made of 1024 LEDS. The interactive light sculpture shows in live the spatial position of the fishes thanks to a motion sensor.
